Leo(ni) has been tattooing since early 2021 and moved to Capital Tattoo from Vancouver, BC last April. She was mentored by Clint Danroth at Craftsman Tattoo Parlour where she had the opportunity to work with everything from walk-in clients to large scale pieces very quickly, exploring Japanese and Traditional in addition to her more illustrative style.
